FAQs

Is TReDS the same as a conventional Cash Credit limit?

No. TReDS involves eligible exchange-based trade receivables transactions, while Cash Credit is a bank-approved working capital facility.

Is buyer registration or participation relevant?

Yes. It must be checked under the applicable exchange arrangement and transaction rules.

Does a buyer automatically qualify because its turnover is above ₹250 crore?

No. The seller-side domestic factoring threshold does not establish eligibility on TReDS. Platform-specific participant and transaction criteria apply.

Does Capital Yono guarantee discounting or financier bids?

No. Registration, acceptance, funding bids and settlement are subject to the relevant platform and financier rules.
